For those who want something more than just a snack, Lunch and Dinner with the Winemaker is a perfect opportunity to to satisfy even the most demanding winelovers and gourmets. Delicious food, traditional menus and specialities paired with excellent wines produced in the region will be the protagonists of Dinner with the Winemaker on Saturday 12 (Villa Vasi on Friday 11) and Lunch with the Winemaker on Sunday 13 November taking place in many restaurants, farm restaurants and wineries throughout Friuli Venezia Giulia.
The lunches and dinners with the winemakers (reservation required) will be chaired by winemakers, who will chat with guests about their wines and illustrate to them their wine and food pairings.
