    Drawing inspiration from some pieces on display at the National Archaeological Museum in Aquileia, the goldsmith Silvia Salanitro will show how to make a jewel. She will also illustrate the technique of repoussésbalzo on metal, used since the ancient Romans.
    During the event, the two blends of the winery aged in wood will be tasted
    Cantius Bianco, blend of Pinot bianco and Friulano, alongside panna cotta with asparagus and hemp seeds by Cocambo (sensory lab on the world of coffee and chocolate, from Aquileia)
    Cantius Rosso, blend of Refosco and Merlot, alongside a Fassona beef tartare, grué and sour cream by Cocambo
    Cantius was a barrel maker and wine producer who lived in Aquileia in the 3rd century AD, his funerary stele is on display at the Museum – € 15,00

    Sandwich with AQUA Latteria cheese, pulse salad, piarsolada (peach slices soaked in white wine) served in wood boxes; we'll enjoy the food sitting on straw bales in the garden or on quilts that will be provided. In case of rain, we will gather in the roofed porch, a glass of wine to choose from our wine list€ 10,00
