Saturday 28 May

From 10.00 am to 6.00 pm

  • Guided tasting by the winemaker with 2 wines (to choose from one white and one red) with grilled bread and local homemade food (own production)
  • Fee: € 10,00 per person

At 7.30 pm

  • Dinner with the Winemaker _ Reservation required at least one week before the event by phone +39 328 5369133. When you make the reservation, please indicate any food allergy or intolerance
    • Crepes with asparagus sauce (own production) – Uvaggio Bianco San Martino
    • Cabernet-flavoured braised meat with a side of potatoes “in tecja” – Cabernet Franc
    • Homemade dessert – Ribolla Gialla spumantizzata
  • Fee: € 25,00 wine included (1 glass for each course); wine bottles, further wine glasses, water, coffee and grappa not included

Sunday 29 May _ The glass of Cantine Aperte supports Il Pozzo d'Oro an cultural association of young people that is committed to promoting and making known the artistic and cultural heritage of the territory of Aquileia

Option 2 _ Show Cooking

  • Inside the big courtyard of the winery, in two different moments of the day, our guests will be able to look at chefs and future chefs from the “B. Stringher" school in Udine as they prepare two appetisers. The topics of the show cooking will be environmental sustainability, the fight against food waste and zero food miles products
  • Tasting of the appetisers paired with the wines of our winery
  • Fee: € 15,00 per person
