  • From 10am to 6pm you will be accompanied on a journey through taste, local culture, people and nature: extra virgin olive oil Tergeste Dop Presidio Slow Food, wines Doc Carso and the inevitable gastronomic pairings of Friuli Venezia Giulia, between the cellar and rows of vines or, for the bravest, on the banks of the river in the Val Rosandra Nature Reserve

  • In the oil cruscher, autumn smells of the fragrance of freshly squeezed extra virgin olive oil. The peasant culture has always celebrated this pure olive juice, rich and nutritious, which matures over time and refines itself in the oil cellars.
    The various Parovel blends derive from this first olive must, from oils created for kitchen professionals to those designed for the everyday table.
  • Taste and buy directly at the cruscher to discover the characteristics of the Bianchera cultivar and other olive varieties grown by our family.
    • Chance to experience one guided tasting of the entire range of our extra virgin olive oils.
    • To taste and buy new oil: 10am – 4pm
    • To taste with the experts upon reservation: 11am, 12.30pm and 3pm
