Friday 24 – Open Wineries 2019 preview
- 7pm: tasting of new wines alongside local food
- 9pm: jazz concert by the Duo Andrea Centauro (percussions and electronic instruments) & Elisabeth Harris (piano) together with Il Carso in Corso from Monfalcone
Saturday 25 – open from 10am to 6pm, free tastings
- Visit of the animal farm
- Geologic exhibition on karstification
- From 1pm: lunch with lasagna and a side of vegetables, reservation required
- 3pm: visit of the new beehives and of the Great War Galleries in the woods
- 4.30 pm: visit of the Castello di Rubbia
- From 6pm: aperitif and live music, jazz and modern music jam session hosted by Marco Pecchiari and Nicola Pagnan, free admission
- Dinner with the Winemaker together with Enosteria Mister Blu Gorizia.
8pm.
Spring buffet: omelettes, pies, warm appetisers, spit-roasted pork, hard-boiled eggs, seasonal vegetables with 4 glasses of wine and live music
